How do I activate my TeleVet account?
As a Silver, Gold, or Platinum member, you’ll receive free TeleVet services through our partner, Airvet, for as long as you maintain your membership level. Please allow up to one hour for your TeleVet membership to activate once your account is registered and verified.
To get started with your TeleVet benefit, follow these steps:

- Select "Don't have access through your employer"
- Pick "I receive Airvet through Farm & Yard"
- Enter the email associated with your Farm & Yard account and set a password
- Start enjoying TeleVet services!
I have purchased items from a Farm & Yard stockist, can I still redeem my points?
Yes! Reach out to us with a copy of your receipt at contact@farmandyardproducts.com and we can apply your Priority Pet Club Points to your Farm & Yard Account.
When do Priority Pet Club Points expire?
Priority Pet Club Points expire after 12 months. You can maintain your Discount Tier by earning further points which you can do by purchasing Farm & Yard products or through other activities listed on our website.
